Legend has it that Marzipan was created in Venice, for the festivities of San Marco day (San Marci Pane/Marzipan) and fell into popular taste forever. We use only selected almonds, sugar, and rose petals in a perfect and delicate blend. The Master chocolatier then combines the Marzipan with the handmade ganache and a gold edible painting finishes the art.

Each piece is hand-painted individually. A little gem.
